Baldwin Borough Senior Fitness Program
The Baldwin Borough Senior Fitness Program is funded through the Allegheny County Health Department’s Community Improvement Project for Healthier Aging, supporting healthier, more connected, and active aging in our community.
Selling Property in Baldwin
Property owners must complete the lien letter, dye test and sewer camera inspection, and occupancy inspection and permit in order to sell their property within the Borough.
Building Permit
If a building permit is issued and construction has not begun, then the permit will be valid for six months.
